WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? DELIVERY TIME?
After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our production facilities where we will make a custom print for you and ship your item(s) within 7-10 business days. Below are expected delivery times based on your location.
US Delivery Time Estimates: 2-3 Weeks
International Delivery Time Estimates: 2-4 Weeks
If your items have not arrived within 60 days of the date of original purchase, contact Customer Service for a full refund of your purchase. This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) and missed parcel deliveries.
HOW DO I TRACK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?
Every customer receives a tracking numbers after your order has been shipped! We even allow you to track your order on your website at: 24 Style Tracking Center.
If you just received your tracking number, please allow a couple of days for the tracking number to register with the carrier's website. If you did not receive a tracking number by email, please contact us at email@example.com and we will quickly provide you with a tracking number.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
You may cancel or amend your order within 24 hours of purchase. We are committed to our customers and want you to be happy. We stand by our product and offer a 100% customer satisfaction guarantee. Just return the product to us undamaged and we will refund you. This excludes custom printed shoes. You will only be allowed to switch them out for the correct size needed in the same style shoe. Thank you!
NOTE: We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages to send products back to us. You must send back the product at your own expense.

The origin of each product varies depending on the product and depending on your location. We use different production facilities across the world to assist in shipping because we offer shipping across the entire World. Our production facilities are currently located in North America, Asia, and Europe.

All U.S. orders are shipped via UPS, USPS, or DHL. International orders vary based on the location, but DHL is often the preferred carrier.

For our canvas printed shoes, customers bring us an image they want on a shoe and we make it for them. Upon their approval, we put their designs on our website for everyone else to buy! If you want to do the same, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
