- How do I determine my shoe size?

    Visit our Shoe Size Chart for help converting between US, EU, and UK. For our low tops and high tops, we typically suggest ordering the next largest size from your typical shoe size. For example, if you are typically a size 9 or 9.5, then you should order a size 10. If you have any additional questions, always free contacting us at team@24-style.com 


- Where is your apparel made? 

    24 Style is based in Miami, Florida. For our apparel, we use different manufacturers to produce our clothing from across the world including from the United States, Europe, and Asia. If you want to know more, feel free to contact us at team@24-style.com

Placing an Order

- What methods of payment do you accept? 

    We accept Paypal and all major Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover).  


- Are there customs or duties added to International Orders?

    All other international orders including  to European Countries, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand do not have any additional customs, fees, or taxes. 


- What currency do you use for International Orders? 

    Prices on our website should be listed in the currency of your current location. However, all charges are made in U.S. Dollars. The  exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card, but in general it will match very closely to what the price listed on 24 Style.

- Where do you ship to? 

    We offer Worldwide Shipping! Wherever you are, we will get it to you.  


- How much does shipping cost?

     FREE Worldwide Shipping on all orders of $75 or more! For orders less than $75, we offer low flat rate shipping for only $4.99! Our shipping is always insured. 


- What are the shipping/delivery times? 

    Jewelry: Processing typically takes 1 to 2 business days. Shipping timelines vary depending on where you live and the shipping method that you select. Expedited Shipping may take 2-3 business days while Standard Shipping may take 2-5 business days. 


    Shoes: The design is custom printed on the shoes and normally takes 7-10 days to process. The delivery timeframe is 10-20 days in the U.S. and 2-4 weeks outside the U.S. 


    Canvas Art: Between 4 and 7 business days for delivery in the United States. Between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery for International orders. 


    Hoodies: For Hoodies with print on the front only, delivery takes between 4 and 7 business days in the United States and 1 to 2 weeks for International Orders. For All-over hoodies (front and back), delivery takes between 10 and 20 days in the United States and between 2 and 4 weeks for International orders.


    Hooded Blankets: Between 6 and 12 business days for delivery in the United States. Between 1 and 3 weeks for delivery for International orders. 


    Fleece Blankets: Between 4 and 8 business days for delivery in the United States. Between 1 and 3 weeks for delivery for International orders. 


    Tote Bags: Between 10 and 20 days for delivery in the United States. Between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery for International orders.


    Accessory Bags: Between 10 and 20 days for delivery in the United States. Between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery for International orders. 


    Tumblers: Between 4 and 8 business days for delivery in the United States. Between 1 and 3 weeks for delivery for International orders.


    Phone Cases: Between 10 and 20 days for delivery in the United States. Between 2 and 4 weeks for delivery for International orders.

- Do you include pricing information with the shipment? 

    Since many orders are purchased as gifts, we do not include any pricing details or information inside or along the packaging. 

Tracking

- How do I track my order?

    Every customer receives a tracking numbers after your order has been shipped. If for some reason you did not receive a tracking number, just send us an email at team@24-style.com. You can track your package at our Tracking Center.

    You may cancel or amend your order within 1 hour of purchase. 


     For Jewelry and non-custom printed items, you can return or exchange the product within 30 days of receipt.
